For patients facing the challenges of complete tooth loss, the All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implant solutions offer a transformative way to restore aesthetics and function. These cutting-edge approaches provide a comprehensive full-arches dental restoration that brings back the confidence of a natural smile.

The Process:

Implant Placement: Skilled oral surgeons or dentists carefully insert the dental implants into the jawbone beneath the gumline. The number of implants required depends on the individual's specific needs. On the same day, a Custom temporary denture is designed to fit over the dental implants and gums until healing occurs.

Healing and Integration:  Over the course of a few months, the jawbone fuses with the implant through a process called osseointegration. This integration provides a secure and durable anchor for the denture.

Abutments: Once the implants have fully integrated, small connector pieces called abutments are attached to the implants. These abutments serve as the connection point between the implants and the dentures or porcelain bridges.Impressions for final restorations:They are made with Impression materials, custom-made trays, or digitally scanned implant abutments.Fitting of the final implant-supported bridges/dentures.It is usually done 2-3 weeks after the Impressions appointment.

Fewer implants often lead to quicker healing times and reduced treatment duration.

Better nutrition and overall health.

No Dietary Restrictions: Full arch implants usually have no dietary restrictions. Patients can enjoy various foods without worrying about discomfort or damage to their prosthetic teeth. Patients often experience significant physical, emotional, and social improvements, making it a transformative solution for those with extensive tooth loss.

Preservation of Facial Structure:

Dental implants stimulate the jawbone, preventing bone loss and preserving facial bone structure. This can help maintain a youthful facial appearance and prevent the sunken-in look that often accompanies tooth loss.

Simplified Oral Care:

No Adhesive or Cleaning Hassles: Unlike removable dentures requiring adhesives and meticulous cleaning routines, full arch implants are fixed. This means there's no need for messy adhesives, and cleaning is similar to caring for natural teeth with regular brushing and flossing.
