Lower Front Smile Harmony – Crown & Gum Reshape

This patient came to us concerned about the look of his lower front teeth — they appeared too short, uneven, and didn’t match the rest of his smile. After a careful assessment, we designed a treatment plan to enhance both the shape of the teeth and the balance of the gums.

We performed a precise gum reshaping procedure (crown lengthening) with laser to gently even out the gum line, giving the teeth a more natural and elongated appearance. Then, we prepared the lower front four teeth minimally and placed beautifully crafted temporary crowns, designed to harmonize with her smile.

The result? A brighter, more symmetrical look — even before the final crowns were placed.
